EXCHANGE / RETURN
All Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all designer tags and security tag still attached. Acoya Fashion Company reserves the right not to accept the return of damaged, soiled or altered goods.
Our quality control team checks all items for any faults before they are dispatched. If you receive any item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us to receive your REM number and follow the instructions mentioned in the Return/Exchange sheet you have received with your order.
Returned items should be in their original packaging to insure protection.
Any brand packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and boxes should be included with your return.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface upon arrival. Shoes boxes are considered part of the product and should be protected otherwise your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged and may be sent back to the customer.
Beauty products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed and may be sent back to the customer.
Please note that if items are damaged as a result of wear and tear are considered to be a damage of miss-use and shall not be returned.
If you are based in Kuwait you have the right to return the goods for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Returning the goods will be your responsibility. Original invoice must be present at the time of the return.
If you are based outside Kuwait you may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 20 days of receiving your order to Audrey Fashion Company at the address provided below. You must then return the goods at your expense:

We prefer that items are returned to us via DHL, FedEx or any secure means to ensure that they arrive safely and insured during transit. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via global shipping courier. Please obtain proof of shipping from the courier in case your package fails to reach us.
A notification e-mail will be sent to your email address once your return has been received and processed.
