Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damages because of misuse or normal wear is not considered faulty.

In case of faulty items we will send a new identical item if it is available in stock. In case you wanted to replace the item instead of refunding your money you are only allowed to replace it with the same exact item.
